We are a direct primary care practice, which means we do not bill insurance. Instead, your care is covered through a monthly membership fee that gives you personalized attention, integrative services, and a trusted partner in your wellness journey.
One-Time Enrollment
Before your first visit, a one-time enrollment fee is collected to reserve your spot and cover your comprehensive intake appointment:

All plans include secure messaging and timely appointments when you need them, which can be scheduled the same or next day for urgent concerns.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

A 3% fee applies to credit card payments; ACH is also accepted.

You may cancel your membership at anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Re-enrollment after cancellation is $250 (waived if rejoining within 90 days and catching up on missed dues).

We do not offer emergency services, specialist care, or inpatient hospital care. Please retain separate insurance for those needs.

Medicare patients: We have opted out of Medicare. Our services are not reimbursable by Medicare, and we cannot submit Medicare claims
