Our membership-based model allows us to provide exceptional relationship-based care, with timely, unhurried visits, coordinating care to support you through every stage and transition of life.

We are a direct primary care practice, and do not bill insurance. Instead, your care is covered through a monthly membership fee that gives you personalized attention, integrative services, transparent pricing, discreet prescribing, and a trusted partner in your wellness journey.
Wellness Assessment
Your first visit will be a general medical wellness or divorce wellness assessment, with the option of an integrated Ayurvedic assessment. This may be a stand-alone visit, or serve as your intake into the monthly membership:

On request, we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for the initial wellness visits.

Intensive Mind Body
Holistic primary care, plus dedicated monthly therapeutic visit with outreach
$400/month
All plans include secure messaging and timely, unhurried appointments when you need them, which can be scheduled the same or next day for urgent concerns.

Membership fees do not cover any care received outside of the medical office, such as emergency rooms, hospitalizations or specialty care. Please maintain insurance or health share plan membership for these and catastrophic life events.
This practice does not accept Medicare.

You will be billed monthly, retroactive to the first of the month that you join.
